Best Managed Fund for 2016

We are pleased to announce that among sixty nine mutual fund companies and Trust institutions, the Philequity Fund was awarded the Best Managed Equity Fund for the year 2016.

The maiden award was given by the CFA Society Philippines last November 18, 2016 during the Philippine Retail Investors Conference at the SMX Convention Center Aura, Taguig City.

The calculations were done over a period of five years (Dec2010-Dec2015) using the Sortino ratio, a risk adjusted performance measure that uses the downside deviation as opposed to the standard deviation. This measure considers negative volatility when measuring investment performance.
