CUSTOMER SALES/SERVICE OFFICER
 
Job Purpose:

-    To deepen existing customer relationship for mass market segment in accordance with established standards

-    To acquire, grow and deepen the relationship with customers through relationship management with special focus on the analysis and satisfaction of Priority Customers’ personal financial investments and objectives

-    Provide truly professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Responsibilities:

-    Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets

-    Build and deepen relationships with existing clients to increase revenues

-    Provide professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

-    Review & recommend investment applications and follow-ups including documentation

-    Adherence to Sales & Marketing and Investment Policy

-    Comply with all relevant policies and procedures covering regulatory requirements

Qualification/s:

-    Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.Strong account management background gained from a reputable bank.

-    Proven track record in handling wealth management

-    Certifications for Mutual Funds, Fixed Income and Equities are advantages

-    Self-starter and able to work independently.

-    Sound strategic thinking ability, and proven leadership and management skills.Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets.

-    Demonstrated flexibility and mobility.

-    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and negotiation skills.

-    Preferred language(s): Chinese.
