E-Statement & E-Confirmation. FASTER, SAFER. More ACCESSIBLE Than Ever!!!

E-STATEMENT & E-CONFIRMATION FACILITY!!!
Have you ever wished there was a faster way of receiving your Statement of Account and Confirmation Notice? Introducing, the Philequity Electronic E-Statement & E-Confirmation Facilities.
Now you have the option of receiving your Statements of Account and Confirmation Notices via e-mail, through Philequity’s E-Statement & E-Confirmation Facilities.  
Enjoy the following benefits when you enroll:
ü      Faster Delivery Time – Receive your Statements after one (1) banking day from quarter end, and your Confirmation Notices also after one (1) banking day from transaction date, instead of waiting for at least 7 days of snail mail.   
ü      Security – E-statements & E-Confirmations are protected by an electronic password provided by the client, which shall be used to access the attached documents in the e-mail.
ü      Flexibility & Accessibility – Since your E-Statements & E-Confirmation Notices may be accessed through e-mail, you have the option to view, print or save your e-statement, whenever and wherever you want.
ü      Earth-Friendly – Help in conserving the Earth’s resources by saving on paper, and trees.
If you wish to avail of the E-Statement & E-Confirmation facilities, simply do the following:
1.                 Accomplish the E-Statement & E-Confirmation Enrollment Form and sign the Terms and Conditions by clicking the links at the bottom. Please don’t forget to write your e-mail address and the preferred password on the form. The password you will indicate in the form should not be the same as your password in your personal email address. The use of password in these facilities is only to open the attachments.
2.                  Mail/courier the originally signed document to Philequity’s Head Office located at:

     *** If you have previously availed of the Fax and/or Email Instruction Facility (included in the Account Opening Form), a faxed or scanned copy of the documents will do.
3.                  Wait for the e-mail Confirmation of Enrollment which will be sent to the email address you indicated in the enrollment form.
We hope that these facilities will help you monitor your transactions with us with greater ease. In turn, we will appreciate it very much if we can process the enrollment of your account/s on or before July 31, 2009.
