Notice Re: 2 Jan 08 NAV on Business World

Please be informed that the January 2, 2008 NAVPS of Philequity Fund, Inc (13.4108) which was printed on the January 3, 2008 edition of Business World is incorrect.  This was unfortunately due to an error in data transmission.

The correct NAVPS for Philequity Fund for January 2, 2008 is 13.4082 as published on this website.  The correct NAVPS will be used for processing all transactions for the said date.
